NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON PROPOSED LAND USE WITHIN THE CONSERVATION DISTRICT

The Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR), State of Hawai’i, pursuant to Chapter 183C, Hawaii Revised Statutes, will hold a public hearing in the City and County of Honolulu to receive testimony on the following:
Conservation District Use Application (CDUA) OA-3773 for the NEC Submarine Fiber Optic Cable Landing Project in the Waianae District, Island of O’ahu, seaward of TMK: (1) 8-4-001:012 (submerged lands)
