NOTICE

The following Ordinances passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on July 6, 2016 and were subsequently approved on July 21, 2016 by the Mayor:

Ordinance 16-19 [Bill 27 (2016), CD2] – To amend Chapter 14, Chapter 18, and Chapter 22, Revised Ordinances of Honolulu 1990, as amended, relating to incentives for accessory dwelling units production.
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson, Elefante, Fukunaga, Kobayashi, Manahan, Martin, Menor, Ozawa, Pine – 9.

Ordinance 16-20 [Bill 35 (2016), CD1] – Relating to the real property tax credit for low income homeowners.
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson, Elefante, Fukunaga, Kobayashi, Manahan, Martin, Menor, Ozawa, Pine – 9.

The following Ordinance passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on July 6, 2016 and was returned July 21, 2016, without signature by the Mayor; therefore, pursuant to the City Charter became a duly enacted ordinance:

Ordinance 16-21 [Bill 61 (2015), CD2, FD1] – Relating to industrial lands.
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson, Fukunaga, Kobayashi, Manahan, Martin, Menor, Ozawa, Pine – 8.
NOES: Councilmember Elefante – 1.
