REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The City and County of Honolulu, through its Department of Community Services (DCS), requests proposals from qualified agencies for the lease of real property located in Kunia, Hawaii and identified as Tax Map Key No. (1) 9-4-146:007 for the purpose of developing a childcare day care center with option to include a daycare for adults. Selection of organizations to lease the properties and the lease are subject to the approval of the City Council.

Interested parties must obtain a request for proposals packet at www.honolulu.gov/pur.

A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on August 3, 2016 at the DCS Office, 715 South King Street, Room 311 Conference Room, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813 at 14:00 HST.

Requests for clarifications or interpretations of any provision in the RFP shall be submitted by 16:00 HST on August 25, 2016 via facsimile ([808] 768-3299),
email (bfspurchasing@honolulu.gov) or mailed hardcopy to:
