AMENDED PROCLAMATION

WHEREAS, the proclamation, issued on May 2, 2016, included a statement as to what locations would serve as polling places for the upcoming elections;

WHEREAS, we have recently been informed that Koloa Neighborhood Center Meeting Room, Kekaha Neighborhood Center Meeting Room, and Central Union Church Hall, are no longer available to serve as the polling places for the voters of District Precinct 16-01, District Precinct 16-05, and District Precinct 23-03, respectively

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SCOTT T. NAGO, Chief Election Officer of the State of Hawaii, do hereby amend the proclamation to proclaim that the polling place for voters of these impacted precincts are now as follows:

District Precinct 16-01 Kauai Christian Fellowship Meeting Hall
2731 Ala Kinoiki St.

District Precinct 16-05 Kekaha Elementary School Cafeteria
8140 Kekaha Rd.

District Precinct 23-03 Washington Middle School Cafeteria
1633 S. King St.

All other provisions of the proclamation, issued on May 2, 2016, shall remain in full force and effect.
