INSURANCE EXAMINATION MANAGER (Position #102731)

The primary purpose of this position is to manage a statewide regulatory program for the Insurance Division, which is concerned with the financial surveillance and examination of insurers, risk retention groups and rating organizations. Duties include ascertaining the soundness of their operations and ensuring compliance with pertinent statutory provisions to protect the interests of the policyholders, creditors and the public.
