MARKET CONDUCT EXAMINER (Position #120950)

The primary purpose of this position is to coordinate market regulation efforts, which include market analysis and market conduct activities of the Insurance Division. Duties include but are not limited to: training of Division personnel on the National Association of Insurance Commissioners’ core competencies for market regulation; coordinating the market analysis of insurance companies doing business in Hawai`i; and conducting market conduct examinations on the practices of insurers doing business in Hawai`i.
