The Insurance Division is seeking qualified applicants to fill a vacant, Exempt (non-civil service), Insurance Rate & Policy Analyst IV position. Two and one half years of insurance related experience is required. Duties include, but are not limited to, analyzing and evaluating proposed rate and form filings rate changes, new types of coverages, and new insurance products. Recommends approval, disapproval, or modification based on analysis of statutes and rules, national standards and whether the proposed filings are in the public interest.
