PROPOSED CONSOLIDATED PLAN AMENDMENT
The City and County of Honolulu is proposing to amend its Final Consolidated Plan for Program Years 2016 – 2020 (Consolidated Plan) to include National Housing Trust Fund (NHTF) program funds provided under the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008 (HERA) and add language to allow for additional options in providing rehabilitation assistance for reconstruction and for Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs). The proposed amendment to the City’s Consolidated Plan is available for public review at the Municipal Reference Center, 558 South King Street, by calling 768-3765 or email at: csdaccess@honolulu.gov and on the City’s website at http://www.honolulu.gov/cms-bfs-menu/site-bfs-sitearticles/23311-federal-grants.html.
