PUBLIC NOTICE
INTENTION TO DISPOSE

Pursuant to Section 171-16(d) and 171-53, Hawaii Revised Statutes, the Board of Land and Natural Resources hereby gives notice of its intent to dispose directly to the abutting land owners, without recourse to public auction, reclaimed lands as noted below. The dispositions will be in the form of a 55-year, non-exclusive easements.
