YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Honolulu Authority For Rapid Transportation, City and County of Honolulu, Plaintiff, has commenced an action in Civil No. 16-1-0437-03 (ECN) for the taking of a guideway easement over, on, and across the real property described as Parcel 472A (TMK: 2-3-003-000 (Portion)), for a public use being: Honolulu Rail Transit Project fixed guideway system, situate at Kewalo, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii. The aforesaid easement area is more particularly described in Exhibit 1 attached to the Complaint filed heretofore and by reference made a part hereof.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Edwin C. Nacino, 777 Punchbowl Street, Kaahumanu Hale, Honolulu, Hawaii, on Tuesday, the 21st day of June, 2016, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., of said day or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Richard D. Lewallen, Deputy Corporation Counsel, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 530 South King Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
