NOTICE OF PROPOSED REAL PROPERTY FORECLOSURE SALE
DATE OF SALE – JUNE 7th and 8th (if necessary), 2016
Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 19, Article 5, Sections 19-37 through 19-45 of the Hawaii County Code, 103 properties will be offered for sale at a public auction on Tuesday, June 7, 2016 and Wednesday June 8 (if necessary), 2016. The auction will be held at the Aunty Sally Kaleohano’s Lu’au Hale, 799 Pi’ilani Street, Hilo, Hawaii beginning at 9:00 A.M.
A list of properties to be offered for sale will be posted at the County Building (25 Aupuni Street, Hilo), State Building (75 Aupuni Street, Hilo), Real Property Tax Division (Aupuni Center, 101 Pauahi Street, Suite 4, Hilo), and the Kona Real Property Tax Division (West Hawaii Civic Center, 74-5044 Ane Keohokalole Highway, Building D, 2nd Floor, Kailua-Kona). The list of properties may be reviewed upon request at the Main Post Office (Hilo Airport). Also, the list is posted at the County of Hawaii web site at http://www.hawaiicounty.gov/finance- real-property-tax/
You may also obtain a list of properties to be offered for sale at either the County Real Property Tax Division located at Aupuni Center, 101 Pauahi Street, Suite 4, Hilo, Hawaii, or West Hawaii Civic Center, 74-5044 Ane Keohokalole Highway, Building D, 2nd Floor, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. A fee will be charged to obtain copies of the tax sale list, title reports, and/or inspection reports. To obtain information, you must inquire in person.
