YOU ARE NOTIFIED pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (hereafter “HRS”) Chapters 91, 92, 436B and 467 that the Real Estate Commission will conduct a hearing in case REC 2008-72-L. Pursuant to law the hearing will occur to determine whether your real estate salesperson’s license should be revoked, suspended, or otherwise disciplined, and, whether monetary fines, restitution, costs of service by publication and any other relief authorized by law should be imposed. The Petition For Disciplinary Action for the case was filed with the Office of Administrative Hearings on 2/4/16 and it alleges facts and violations, by you, of the provisions of HRS Chapters 436B and/or 467 and/or any related administrative rules.

The HEARING will be conducted on May 17, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. The HEARING will take place in a hearings room at the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, 335 Merchant Street, Suite 100, Honolulu, Hawaii.

You have the right to appear on your own or with legal counsel at all stages of the proceeding. Please direct all inquiries to the undersigned Hearings Officer at P.O.
