PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held by the Department of Planning and Permitting of the City and County of Honolulu under Chapter 21, Revised Ordinances of Honolulu, as amended, for the following application at the date and the time specified or soon thereafter:

REQUEST: Construction of two 39-story condo-hotel towers with 350-feet building heights and total of 553 units. The high-rise towers will be on an eight-story podium with residential services, recreational amenities, and off-street parking. The project site will also include 2100 Kalakaua (Parcel 10) and the Beachwalk Sewer Pump Station (Parcel 11). The project will be required to provide community benefits commensurate with the proposed modifications to the development standards of the Resort Mixed Use Precinct – transitional height setbacks, building height, and density.

Maps showing the general location and boundaries of the area under consideration are on file at the Department of Planning and Permitting, Permit and Zoning Records Access, First Floor, Frank F. Fasi Municipal Building, 650 South King Street, and are available to the public for inspection during office hours, 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. All interested persons are invited to attend. Those persons desiring to testify may register prior to the public hearing at the public hearing site and are encouraged to submit one copy of their testimony in writing.
Attendance at the public hearing is not necessary to submit testimony. Written testimony may be faxed (768-6743) or mailed (650 South King Street, 7th Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813) to the department prior to the hearing and will be considered in the evaluation of the request.
