Existing Use: Rectangular shaped Farm Lot, which includes a purchased portion of an abandoned Pump Ditch Right of Way (parcel 118). The property is in current agricultural use and contains two farm dwellings with storage built in 1957 and 1973, respectively.
Existing Zoning: AG-1 Restricted Agricultural District
Land Area Being Rezoned: Approximately 8.253 acres of land
Request: The Applicant, Kole Group, LLC seeks the rezoning for potential conveyance purposes.
The proposed zone change request is available for viewing at the Department of Planning and Permitting or online at www.honoluludpp.org/Planning/ZoneChanges.aspx. Public testimony is to be taken at the hearing by registering at the public hearing. Written testimony (15 copies) may be filed with the Planning Commission at least two (2) business days before the date and time of the hearing. Attendance at the public hearing is not necessary to submit written testimony.
