CONCEPTUAL PLANS FOR DEPARTMENT OF HAWAIIAN HOME LANDS ON OAHU FOR POTENTIAL TRANSIT-ORIENTED DEVELOPMENT (TOD) will be received up to 2:00 pm (HST) on Monday, February 29, 2016, at the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands (DHHL), 91-5420 Kapolei Parkway, Kapolei, Hawaii 96707.

DHHL invites proposals from qualified consulting firms to prepare conceptual plans for future transit-oriented development/redevelopment of its lands near three (3) future rail stations on the Island of Oahu. The rail stations are part of the Honolulu Rail Transit Project currently under construction. The RFP may be viewed in its entirety on DHHL’s Procurement web page at
