The Agency has received certificate of need application #15-17 for standard review from Complete Hospice Care of Hawaii, LLC for the establishment of Hospice services at 77 Ho’okele Street, Suite #102, Kahului, HI, at a capital cost of $94,000. Application reviews are scheduled as follows:
December 11, 2015, Tri-Isle Subarea Health Planning Council, 2:00 p.m., Pilina Multipurpose Room, University of Hawaii Maui College, 310 W. Kaahumanu Avenue, Kahului, Hawaii;
December 29, 2015, Statewide Health Coordinating Council, 1:00 p.m., Pilina Multipurpose Room, University of Hawaii Maui College, 310 W. Kaahumanu Avenue, Kahului, Hawaii.
