The following Ordinance passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on November 4, 2015 and was subsequently approved by the Mayor:

Ordinance 15-45 [Bill 56 (2015), CD2] – Relating to the adoption of the State Fire Code.
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson, Elefante, Fukunaga, Kobayashi, Manahan, Martin, Menor, Pine – 8.
ABSENT: Councilmember Ozawa – 1.
