PUBLIC NOTICE
INTENTION TO DISPOSE

Pursuant to Section 171-28, Hawai’i Revised Statutes, the Department of Land and Natural Resources will be hosting a public meeting on November 17, 2015 at 5:30P.M. in the Kilohana Community Center to discuss the application for the issuance of a revocable permit for the management, and use of the Wehelau’ulu Fishpond at Maunawai, Molokai, (TMK: 2/5-6-004:Makai of 029).

The purpose of the public meeting is to gather information for presentation to the Board of Land and Natural Resources for decision-making purposes. Please contact the Land Division Offices on the Islandsof Hawai’i, Kaua’i, Maui, and/or O’ahu to request information in an alternate format.
