STATE OF HAWAII HAWAII HOUSING FINANCE AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (HHFDC) The HHFDC facilitates workforce and affordable housing in the State of Hawaii and is seeking a Property Management Coordinator to join its Asset Management Staff. Property Management Coordinator I (Exempt/Non-Civil Service) HHFDC’s Asset Management Staff manages a diverse portfolio of real properties, including affordable rental projects; leased-fee interests in residential, agricultural, and commercial lands; and undeveloped land parcels. This position manages a Windward Oahu agricultural and residential subdivision that is subject to over 90 long-term ground leases. Responsibilities include lease administration and compliance monitoring; maintenance and professional services contracting; leasing/ dispositions; and community relations. This position also supports the management of other properties controlled by HHFDC. Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university and two and a half years’ relevant property management experience. Hawaii driver’s license required.
