A REQUEST FOR AMENDMENTS TO CHAPTER 21, REVISED ORDINANCES OF HONOLULU 1990 (THE LAND USE ORDINANCE), RELATING TO MISCELLANEOUS “HOUSEKEEPING” MEASURES

A draft bill to amend the Land Use Ordinance (LUO), relating to an assortment of miscellaneous “housekeeping” measures. These LUO amendments are initiated by the Department of Planning and Permitting.

Information regarding this public hearing can be obtained by contacting the Planning Commission, 7th Floor, Frank F. Fasi Municipal Building, 650 South King Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, telephone 768-8007.

Public testimony is to be taken at the hearing by registering at the public hearing. Written testimony (15 copies) may be filed with the Planning Commission at least two (2) business days before the date and time of the hearing. Attendance at the public hearing is not necessary to submit written testimony. One copy may be faxed to 768-6743 or mailed (Planning Commission, 650 South King Street, 7th Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813).
