3. Review of the Draft Environmental Assessment for the Department of Parks and Recreation proposed Kuawa Street new sports fields development. TMKs: (3) 2- 2-032:003, 004, 008, 019, 087 & 088, Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii.
4. Review of the Special Management Area Use Permit Application for the proposed Kahaluu Ma Kai development. TMK: (3) 7-8-013:002, 013, 042 & 043, Kahaluu, Kona, Hawaii.
