INFORMATIONAL SESSION NOTICE
HAWAII STATE PLAN ON AGING, 10/1/2015 TO 9/30/2017
EXECUTIVE OFFICE ON AGING
The Executive Office on Aging (EOA) is inviting interested parties to learn about and to comment on the Hawaii State Plan on Aging for October 1, 2015 to September 30, 2017. The plan covers Title III and VII programs under the Older Americans Act (amended 2006). EOA welcomes any suggestions for improvements to the plan, as well as questions and/or points of clarification. The sessions will be conducted over the Internet via WebEx on July 9.

WebEx Date: July 9, 2015
Morning: 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Afternoon: 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
You will be able to sign in to the sessions fifteen (15) minutes before the scheduled start time. No special software is needed for these meetings, but only computer access to the Internet. However, if you are using Webex for the first-time, you will need to install the Webex plug-in.
Anyone who wishes to receive an invitation with the Internet link to this meeting should send an email request to charles.nagatoshi@doh.hawaii.gov by 4:30 p.m. on July 8. There is no obligation to attend this meeting and written input will be accepted through July 10, 2015.
