LAND & NATURAL RESOURCES APPLICATIONS/SYSTEMS ANALYST This is an exempt, renewable, non-civil service position. Further information will be provided during interviews. Duties include but are not limited This position is responsible for managing the development and maintenance of the comprehensive Public Land Trust Information System (PLTIS); managing the development and maintenance of the Public Land Trust Revenue Reporting (PLTR) System; maintaining technical aspects of the Land Division’s underlying infrastructure, including network and hardware; managing, maintaining, and further developing applications, databases, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS); and supporting the Land Division staff by providing ad hoc reports and technical support. Performs other duties as assigned. Education: Graduation from an accredited four (4) year college or university with a bachelor’s degree in computer science or in a related major. Experience: Two (2) years of progressively responsible professional work experience which involved the development, implementation, and/or support of a moderate to large computer system. Experience must have involved systems analysis, design, programming, database management, network administration, and/or desktop support.
