The following Ordinance was returned vetoed by the Mayor and upon reconsideration by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu at a meeting held on June 3, 2015 passed Final Reading, the Mayor’s veto to the contrary notwithstanding; therefore, pursuant to the City Charter became a duly enacted ordinance:
Ordinance 15-14 [Bill 6 (2015), CD1, FD1] – Relating to public sidewalks.
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson, Fukunaga, Kobayashi, Manahan, Martin, Ozawa – 6.
NOES: Councilmembers Elefante, Menor, Pine – 3.
Effective: June 3, 2015
