Section 1. Chapter 15 of the ROH 1990, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:

a. By amending Schedule I of Sec. 15-6.2(a) establishing traffic signals (City) by adding thereto the following items:

“Kaahumanu St-Kamehameha Hwy.”

“Kaahumanu St-Noelani St.”

b. By amending Schedule IV of Sec. 15-7.2(a)(2) establishing speed limit–15 mph by deleting therefrom the following item:

“Ohai St., from California Ave. to Olive Ave.”

c. By amending Schedule V of Sec. 15-7.2(b)(3) establishing speed limit–25 mph by adding thereto the following items:

“Apala Lp., for its entire length.”

“Hoolaulea St., for its entire length.”

d. By amending Schedule XI of Sec. 15-8.3(b) establishing no turns in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following item:

“Kaahumanu St. No left turn from the gas station driveway at 98-1277 Kaahumanu St. into Kaahumanu St.”

2. By amending thereto the following item:

Kaahumanu St. No left turn from Kaahumanu St. into the Gas Express driveway at 98-1277 Kaahumanu St.; to read:

“Kaahumanu St. No left turn from Kaahumanu St. into the gas station driveway at 98-1277 Kaahumanu St.”

e. By amending Schedule XIII of Sec. 15-11.2(c) by adding thereto the following item:

“Kaahumanu St-Moanalua Rd. Mauka bound traffic making a right turn into Moanalua Rd. shall yield the right-of-way to traffic on Moanalua Rd.”

f. By amending Schedule XIV of Sec. 15-11.3 establishing stop intersections in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following item:

“Kuleana Rd-Kaahumanu St. Traffic on Kuleana Rd. shall stop before entering Kaahumanu St.”

2. By deleting therefrom the following items:

“Kaahumanu St-Moanalua Rd. Traffic on Kaahumanu St. shall stop before entering Moanalua Rd.”

“Komo Mai Dr-Kaahumanu St. Traffic on Komo Mai Dr. shall stop before entering Kaahumanu St.”

“Noelani St-Kaahumanu St. Traffic on Noelani St. shall stop before entering Kaahumanu St.”

g. By amending Schedule XVI of Sec. 15-13.4(a) establishing reserved parking stalls in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following item:

“Royal Hawaiian Ave., Koko Head side, distance 27’ makai direction from a point 71’ makai of the makai curb prolongation of Kuhio Ave., for parking of taxicabs.”

2. By deleting therefrom the following item:

“Royal Hawaiian Ave., Koko Head side, distance 22’ mauka direction from a point 63’ mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Kuhio Ave., for parking of taxicabs.”

h. By amending Schedule XX of Sec. 15-13.9(a)(7) establishing tow zones–24 hours in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Royal Hawaiian Ave., Ewa side, from Kuhio Ave. to a point 99’ makai of the makai curb prolongation of Kuhio Ave.”

“Royal Hawaiian Ave., Ewa side, distance 159’ mauka direction from the mauka curb prolongation of Kalakaua Ave.”

“Royal Hawaiian Ave., Koko Head side, distance 157’ mauka direction from the mauka curb prolongation of Kalakaua Ave.”

2. By deleting therefrom the following items:

“Royal Hawaiian Ave., Ewa side, from a point 100’ mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Lauula St. to Kalakaua Ave.”

“Royal Hawaiian Ave., Ewa side, from Kuhio Ave. to a point 40’ makai of the makai curb prolongation of Waikolu Wy.”

i. By amending Schedule XXI of Sec. 15-13.9(a)(8) establishing tow zones–specified times by adding thereto the following item:

“Royal Hawaiian Ave., Koko Head side, distance 114’ makai direction from the makai curb prolongation of Lauula St., daily except during hours of 3:30 to
6:30 p.m. tow-away zone.”

j. By amending Schedule XXII of Sec. 15-14.5(a) establishing prohibited parking certain areas in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Hoolaulea St., mauka side, distance 60’ Koko Head direction from the Koko Head curb prolongation of Hookahi St.”

“Hoolaulea St., mauka side, distance 35’ Koko Head direction from the Koko Head curb prolongation of Hoolawa Pl.”

“Kaahumanu St., Koko Head side, distance 205’ mauka direction from the mauka curb prolongation of Moanalua Rd.”

“Royal Hawaiian Ave., Koko Head side, between Waikolu Wy. and Lauula St.”

“Royal Hawaiian Ave., Koko Head side, distance 71’ makai direction from the makai curb prolongation of Kuhio Ave.”

2. By amending thereto the following items:

Hoolaulea St., makai side, distance 140’ Honolulu direction from prolongation Honolulu curb prolongation of Waimano Home Rd.; to read:

“Hoolaulea St., makai side, distance 125’ Koko Head direction from the Koko Head curb prolongation of Waimano Home Rd. (makai intersection).”

Pahoa Ave., mauka side, distance 120’ Ewa direction from the Ewa curb prolongation of 21st Ave., including its shoulder area; to read:

“Pahoa Ave., mauka side, distance 120’ Ewa direction from the Ewa curb prolongation of 21st Ave.”

3. By deleting therefrom the following items:

“Kaahumanu St., Ewa side, from a point 75’ mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Kuahao Pl. to a point 300’ makai of the makai curb prolongation of Kuleana St.”

“Royal Hawaiian Ave., Koko Head side, distance 45’ makai direction from makai curb prolongation of Lauula St.”

k. By amending Schedule XXIII of Sec. 15-14.5(b) establishing prohibited parking loading and unloading in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

l. By amending Schedule XXIV of Sec. 15-15.1(d) establishing curb loading zones in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto subsection (a) passenger loading zone the following item:

“Royal Hawaiian Ave., Ewa side, from a point 135’ makai of the makai curb prolongation of Kuhio Ave. to a point 159’ mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Kalakaua Ave.”

2. By deleting therefrom subsection (a) passenger loading zone the following items:

“Royal Hawaiian Ave., vicinity 311 and 315 in parking meter stalls 307 and 308.”

“Royal Hawaiian Ave., Koko Head side, distance 60’ makai direction from point 20’ makai of makai curb prolongation of Waikolu Wy.”

“Royal Hawaiian Ave., Koko Head side, distance 70’ makai direction from point 65’ makai of makai curb prolongation of Kuhio Ave.”

“Royal Hawaiian Ave., Ewa side, distance 52’ makai direction from a point 20’ makai of the makai curb prolongation of Lauula St., during hours 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.”

“Royal Hawaiian Ave., Ewa side, distance 44’ makai direction from a point 40’ makai of the makai curb prolongation of Waikolu Wy.”

3. By adding thereto subsection (b) freight loading zones the following items:

“Royal Hawaiian Ave., Koko Head side, distance 114’ makai direction from the makai curb prolongation of Lauula St., daily except during hours of 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. tow away zone.”

“Royal Hawaiian Ave., Koko Head side, distance 60’ mauka direction from a point 15’ mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Wailoku Wy., 24 hours daily, no exceptions.”

4. By deleting therefrom subsection (b) freight loading zones the following items:

“Royal Hawaiian Ave., Koko Head side, distance 40’ mauka direction from point 15’ mauka of curb prolongation of Waikolu Wy.”

“Royal Hawaiian Ave., Koko Head side, distance 200’ mauka direction from point 35’ mauka of mauka curb prolongation of Kalakaua Ave.”

m. By amending Schedule XXXVII of Sec. 15-7.2(i) establishing speed limit–10 mph by adding thereto the following item:

“Ohai St., from California Ave. to Olive Ave.”

n. By amending Schedule XXXVIII of Sec. 15-24.17 establishing miscellaneous traffic controls by adding thereto the following items:

“Hoolaulea St., Koko Head bound traffic in the makai curb lane must turn right at Moanalua Rd.”

“Hoolaulea St., Ewa bound traffic in the mauka curb lane must turn right at Waimano Home Rd.”

“Kilauea Ave., mauka bound traffic must turn right from Kaimuki Middle School’s driveway, 7:30 to 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 to 3:00 p.m., school days only.”

Section 2. This schedule is hereby attached to and made a part of Article VI hereof and shall take effect ten (10) working days after its publication.
