PUBLIC NOTICE
The Department of Health, State of Hawaii (DOH), is notifying all interested persons of the proposed settlement between the DOH and Albert’s Dry Cleaners. The DOH issued a Notice and Finding of Violation and Order (NOVO) in Docket No. 13-CA-EO-08, alleging that Albert’s Dry Cleaners violated state air pollution laws, Hawaii Revised Statues §342B-11, Hawaii Administrative Rules §11-60.1-2, and Noncovered Source General Permit No. 0094-08-NG by failing to meet various monitoring, reporting, and annual fee requirements.
A Consent Order (CO) has been drafted that proposes to settle this case. The proposed CO and NOVO is available for public review during regular office hours, Monday through Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m., at the following location:
