NOTICE

The following Ordinances passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on April 22, 2015 and were returned by the Mayor after the required ten days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). Therefore, pursuant to Section 3-203 of the Revised Charter of Honolulu, became duly enacted ordinances:

Ordinance 15-8 [Bill 75 (2014), CD1] – Relating to a Regional Park Fund.
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson, Fukunaga, Kobayashi, Manahan, Martin, Menor, Ozawa – 7.
NOES: Councilmember Elefante – 1.
ABSENT: Councilmember Pine – 1.

Ordinance 15-9 [Bill 4 (2015), CD1] – To rezone land situated at Waialua, Oahu, Hawaii.
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson, Elefante, Fukunaga, Kobayashi, Manahan, Martin, Menor, Ozawa – 8.
ABSENT: Councilmember Pine – 1.
