Section 1. Chapter 15 of the ROH 1990, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:

a. By amending Schedule I of Sec. 15-6.2(a) establishing traffic signals (City) by adding thereto the following item:

“Geiger Rd-Launahele St.”

b. By amending Schedule V of Sec. 15-7.2(b)(3) establishing speed limit–25 mph in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Aiea Kai Pl., for its entire length.”

“Ka Hanahou Cir., for its entire length.”

“Ululani St., for its entire length.”

2. By amending thereto the following item:

Moanalua Rd., from a point 145’ Koko Head of the Koko Head curb prolongation of Puakala St. to a point 900’ Ewa of Kalauao Stream; to read:

“Moanalua Rd., from a point 400’ Ewa of the Ewa curb prolongation of Pali Momi St. to a point 150’ Koko Head of the Koko Head curb prolongation of Uahi St.”

c. By amending Schedule VI of Sec. 15-7.2(c) establishing speed limit–30 mph by amending thereto the following item:

Moanalua Rd., between point approximately 900’ Ewa of Kalauao Stream to Punanani Channel; to read:

“Moanalua Rd., from a point 400’ Ewa of the Ewa curb prolongation of Pali Momi St. to a point 620’ Koko Head of the Koko Head curb prolongation of Kaahumanu St.”

d. By amending Schedule XIII of Sec. 15-11.2(c) by adding thereto the following items:

“Kalanianaole Hwy-Uluhala St. Traffic on Uluhala St. making a right turn from the channelized lane into Kalanianaole Hwy. shall yield the right-of-way to traffic on Kalanianaole Hwy.”

“Uluhala St-Ulupuni St. Northwest bound traffic on Uluhala St. shall yield the right-of-way to traffic in the roundabout.”

“Uluhala St-Ulupuni St. Northeast bound traffic on Ulupuni St. shall yield the right-of-way to traffic in the roundabout.”

“Uluhala St-Ulupuni St. Southeast bound traffic on Uluhala St. shall yield the right-of-way to traffic in the roundabout.”

“Uluhala St-Ulupuni St. Southwest bound traffic on Ulupuni St. shall yield the right-of-way to traffic in the roundabout.”

e. By amending Schedule XIV of Sec. 15-11.3 establishing stop intersections in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Ahikao St-Ainamakua Dr. Traffic on Ahikao St. shall stop before entering Ainamakua Dr.”

“Ainamakua Dr-Hookanahe St. Traffic on Ainamakua Dr. shall stop before entering Hookanahe St.”

“Hookaau St-Ainamakua Dr. Traffic on Hookaau St. shall stop before entering Ainamakua Dr.”

“Ka Hanahou Cir-Ka Hanahou Cir. Traffic on Ka Hanahou Cir. shall stop before entering Ka Hanahou Cir.”

“Kanae St-Ainamakua Dr. Traffic on Kanae St. shall stop before entering Ainamakua Dr.”

“Miula St-Oohao St. Traffic on Miula St. shall stop before entering Oohao St.”

2. By deleting therefrom the following items:

f. By amending Schedule XXII of Sec. 15-14.5(a) establishing prohibited parking certain areas in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Launahele St., both sides, from Geiger Rd. to its northern terminus and including its turnaround area.”

“Miula St., northwestern side, distance 120’ southwesterly direction from a point 95’ southwest of the southwestern curb prolongation of Oohao St.”

“Miula St., northwestern side, distance 65’ southwesterly direction from a point 445’ southwest of the southwestern curb prolongation of Oohao St.

“Miula St., northwestern side, distance 95’ southwesterly direction from a point 730’ southwest of the southwestern curb prolongation of Oohao St.”

“Miula St., northwestern side, distance 105’ southwesterly direction from a point 1115’ southwest of the southwestern curb prolongation of Oohao St.”

“Miula St., southeastern side, distance 110’ northeasterly direction from a point 420’ northeast of the northeastern curb prolongation of Pepper Row.”

“Miula St., southeastern side, distance 120’ northeasterly direction from a point 650’ northeast of the northeastern curb prolongation of Pepper Row.”

“Oli Lp., eastern side, distance 130’ northerly direction from a point 350’ north of the northern curb prolongation of Kepakepa St., 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. school days only.”

2. By amending thereto the following items:

Aiea Kai Pl., Koko Head side, between Kamehameha Hwy. and driveway 98-273 Aiea Kai Pl.; to read:

“Aiea Kai Pl., Koko Head side, distance 158’ makai direction from the makai curb prolongation of Kamehameha Hwy.”

Moanalua Rd., makai side, between Pali Momi and Kaamilo Sts.; to read:

“Moanalua Rd., makai side, from a point 400’ Ewa of the Ewa curb prolongation of Pali Momi St. to Kaamilo St.”

Uluhala St., makai side, between Kailua Rd. and Ululani St.; to read:

“Uluhala St., makai (northern) side, between Kalanianaole Hwy. and Ululani St.”

g. By amending Schedule XXVII of Sec. 15-17.1 establishing crosswalks by amending thereto the following item:

Kaonohi St., 19’ wide, the centerline of which shall be approximately 10’ makai of the mauka property line of 98-150 Kaonohi St. (TMK: 9-8-13: 14); to read:

“Kaonohi St., 10’ wide, centerline 941’ makai of the makai curb prolongation of Moanalua Rd.”

Section 2. This schedule is hereby attached to and made a part of Article VI hereof and shall take effect ten (10) working days after its publication.
