1. Resolution 15-111 – Relating to the appointment of Galyn Y. Wong to serve on the Commission on Culture and the Arts of the City and County of Honolulu.
2. Resolution 15-112 – Relating to the appointment of Tina Y. T. Au to serve on the Board of Review I for Real Property Tax Appeals of the City and County of Honolulu.
3. Resolution 15-113 – Relating to the appointment of Vincent L. Baldemor to serve on the Grants in Aid Advisory Commission of the City and County of Honolulu.
4. Resolution 15-114 – Relating to the appointment of Neil P. Petagno to serve on the Board of Review I for Real Property Tax Appeals of the City and County of Honolulu.
The items listed below have been published in anticipation of the action to be taken by the City Council Standing Committees on April 28 – 30, 2015; and therefore, the City Council may or may not take action on each of the items or any amendments proposed thereto.
5. Bill 7 and any amendments proposed thereto by the Committee on Zoning and Planning – Rezoning land situated at Aiea, Oahu, Hawaii. (Zone change from the AG-1 Restricted Agricultural District to the R-5 Residential District.) (Applicant: Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.)
6. Bill 8 and any amendments proposed thereto by the Committee on Parks, Community and Customer Services – Relating to public parks. (Addressing commercial activities at certain city beach parks.)
7. Bill 20 and any amendments proposed thereto by the Committee on Zoning and Planning – Amending Chapter 21, Revised Ordinances of Honolulu 1990, as amended (the Land Use Ordinance), relating to accessory dwelling units. (Establishing accessory dwelling units as a permitted use in all residential zoning districts.)
8. Bill 21 and any amendments proposed thereto by the Committee on Zoning and Planning – Relating to accessory dwelling units. (Amending the provisions of the Land Use Ordinance, Revised Ordinances of Honolulu 1990, Chapter 21, relating to Ohana dwellings.)
9. Bill 24 and any amendments proposed thereto by the Committee on Budget – Relating to car sharing. (Establishing a program in connection with the public transit system to improve the mobility of Honolulu residents by providing support and regulation to car-sharing organizations.)
10. Bill 25 and any amendments proposed thereto by the Committee on Budget – Relating to the Honolulu Zoo. (Allowing limited sponsorship of Honolulu Zoo exhibits or facilities.)
11. Bill 26 and any amendments proposed thereto by the Committee on Budget – Relating to the Honolulu Zoo. (Allowing limited advertising in Honolulu Zoo exhibits or facilities.)
12. Bill 40 and any amendments proposed thereto by the Committee on Budget – Relating to the Waipio Peninsula Soccer Park Fund. (Creating a Waipio Peninsula Soccer Park fund.)
13. Bill 41 and any amendments proposed thereto by the Committee on Budget – Relating to valuation of solar energy and solar water heating improvements for real property tax purposes. (Specifying that the value of solar powered energy improvements and solar powered water heating improvements are not assessed for real property taxation purposes.)

Testimony is limited to three minutes and shall be presented by the registered speaker only. By submitting written testimony, you are not automatically registered to speak. You are requested to register to speak if you wish to provide oral testimony.
On-line and fax registration forms must be received by 10 a.m. to be included in the list of registered speakers. Persons who have not registered to testify by 10 a.m. will be given an opportunity to present oral testimony on an item following the registered speakers by raising their hand at the time additional speakers are called upon.
