Responsible for overall project management, coordination and daily operations of the Hawaii Pathway Project (HPP) in the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration-Center on Substance Abuse Treatment cooperative agreement. HPP focuses on providing housing and wrap-around services for the chronically homeless with substance use disorders or co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders through implementation of the Pathways Housing First evidence based program with fidelity. Duties include contract development, oversight and monitoring; convening of stakeholders and various committees; reporting; fidelity monitoring; budget development and management; and evaluation. This grant may be extended beyond September 29, 2015 contingent on availability of funds.
