Section 1. Chapter 15 of the ROH 1990, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:

a. By amending Schedule V of Sec. 15-7.2(b)(3) establishing speed limit–25 mph by adding thereto the following items:

“Lolii St., for its entire length.”

“Makuahine St., for its entire length.”

“Palii St., for its entire length.”

b. By amending Schedule XI of Sec. 15-8.3(b) establishing no turns by adding thereto the following item:

“Ala Wai Blvd. No left turn from Ala Wai Blvd. into Ainakea Wy. in the Ewa direction.”

c. By amending Schedule XIV of Sec. 15-11.3 establishing stop intersections in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Anoi Rd-Paleka Rd. Traffic on Paleka Rd. shall stop before entering Anoi Rd.”

“Crest Ave-Glen Ave. Traffic on Crest Ave. shall stop before entering Glen Ave.”

“Curtis St-Kapiolani Blvd. Traffic on Curtis St. shall stop before entering Kapiolani Blvd.”

“Hiipoi St-Lolii St. Traffic on Hiipoi St. shall stop before entering Lolii St.”

“Kolekole Dr-Glen Ave. Traffic on Kolekole Dr. shall stop before entering Glen Ave.”

“Mikiola Dr-Kaneohe Bay Dr. Traffic on Mikiola Dr. shall stop before entering Kaneohe Bay Dr.”

“Palii St-Akamainui St. Traffic on Palii St. shall stop before entering Akamainui St.”

“Palii St-Kahelu Ave. Traffic on Palii St. shall stop before entering Kahelu Ave.”

d. By amending Schedule XX of Sec. 15-13.9(a)(7) establishing tow zones–24 hours in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following item:

“Kapiolani Blvd., makai side, from Ward Ave. to a point 366’ Koko Head of the Koko Head curb prolongation of Ward Ave.”

2. By amending thereto the following item:

Kapiolani Blvd., makai side, distance 312’ Ewa direction from the Ewa curb prolongation of Ward Ave.; to read:

“Kapiolani Blvd., makai side, distance 254’ Ewa direction from the Ewa curb prolongation of Ward Ave.”

e. By amending Schedule XXI of Sec. 15-13.9(a)(8) establishing tow zones–specified times by amending thereto the following items:

Kapiolani Blvd., makai side, from Ward Ave. to Keeaumoku St., 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. except Sundays; to read:

“Kapiolani Blvd., makai side, from a point 366’ Koko Head of the Koko Head curb prolongation of Ward Ave. to Keeaumoku St., 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. except Sundays.”

Kapiolani Blvd., mauka side, between Keeaumoku St. and Pensacola St., 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. except Sundays; to read:

f. By amending Schedule XXII of Sec. 15-14.5(a) establishing prohibited parking certain areas in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Glen Ave., northern side, distance 270’ westerly direction from a point 745’ east of the eastern curb prolongation of Crest Ave.”

“Glen Ave., southern side, distance 225’ easterly direction from a point 520’ east of the eastern curb prolongation of Crest Ave.”

“Kapiolani Blvd., mauka side, between Pensacola and Sheridan Sts.”

“Maliu St., makai side, distance 50’ Koko Head direction from its Koko Head terminus.”

“Palii St., both sides, for its entire length.”

“Waimanu St., mauka side, distance 90’ Ewa direction from the Ewa curb prolongation of Piikoi St.”

2. By amending thereto the following items:

Kaioo Dr., mauka side, distance 110’ Koko Head direction from a point 250’ Koko Head of the Koko Head curb prolongation of Hobron Ln. (makai intersection); to read:

“Kaioo Dr., mauka side, distance 154’ Koko Head direction from a point 230’ Koko Head of the Koko Head curb prolongation of Hobron Ln. (makai intersection).”

Lolii St., east side, from the north property line of 45-494 Lolii St. to the north property line of 45-462 Lolii St.; to read:

“Lolii St., eastern side, from a point 45’ south of the southern curb prolongation of Oha Pl. to a point 20’ north of the northern curb prolongation of Kukia St.”

Lolii St., west side, from the south curb prolongation of Hiipoi St. to the southern property line of 45-427 Lolii St.; to read:

“Lolii St., western side, distance 183’ southerly direction from the southern curb prolongation of Hiipoi St.”

Makuahine St., Ewa side, for a distance 210’ in the mauka direction from a point 94’ mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Hala Dr.; to read:

“Makuahine St., Ewa side, from a point 135’ makai of the makai curb prolongation of Makuahine Pl. to a point 45’ makai of the makai curb prolongation of Hala Dr.”

Maliu St., mauka side, from Kalihi St. to its Honolulu terminus; to read:

“Maliu St., mauka side, from Kalihi St. to its Koko Head terminus and including its turnaround area.”

Mikiola Dr., makai (eastern) side, distance 50’ Kahuku (northerly) direction from the Kahuku curb prolongation of Puamohala St.; to read:

“Mikiola Dr., eastern side, distance 80’ northerly direction from the northern curb prolongation of Puamohala St. (eastern intersection).”

3. By deleting therefrom the following items:

“Makuahine St., Ewa side, for a distance 94’ mauka direction from mauka curbline prolongation Hala Dr.”

g. By amending Schedule XXVII of Sec. 15-17.1 establishing crosswalks by deleting therefrom the following item:

“Kapiolani Blvd., fronting No. 1017, back of McKinley High School.”

Section 2. This schedule is hereby attached to and made a part of Article VI hereof and shall take effect ten (10) working days after its publication.
