Section 1. Chapter 15 of the ROH 1990, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:

a. By amending Schedule I of Sec. 15-6.2(a) establishing traffic signals (City) in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Heleconia Pl-Moanalua Rd.”

“Moanalua Rd-Puakala St/Uahi St.”

2. By amending thereto the following item:

Aiea Hgts. Dr-Moanalua Rd; to read:

“Aiea Hgts. Dr/Kauhale St-Moanalua Rd.”

b. By amending Schedule XI of Sec. 15-8.3(b) establishing no turns in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Moanalua Rd. No left turn from Moanalua Rd. into the Aiea Commercial Center’s (99-185 Moanalua Rd.) driveway.”

“Moanalua Rd. No left turn from the Aiea Commercial Center’s (99-185 Moanalua Rd.) driveway into Moanalua Rd.”

“Moanalua Rd. No left turn from Moanalua Rd. into the 76 Flagship Station’s (99-236 Moanalua Rd.) Ewa driveway.”

“West Hind Dr. No “U” turn on West Hind Dr. in both directions, at the medians, between Kalanianaole Hwy. and Makalena St.”

2. By amending thereto the following item:

West Hind Dr. No left turn from West Hind Dr. into the driveway of 5156 Kalanianaole Hwy. in the Ewa direction; to read:

“West Hind Dr. No left or “U” turn from West Hind Dr. into the driveway of 5156 Kalanianaole Hwy. in the Ewa direction.”

c. By amending Schedule XIV of Sec. 15-11.3 establishing stop intersections by adding thereto the following items:

“Bryan St-Pepper Row. Traffic on Bryan St. shall stop before entering Pepper Row.”

“Kalenakai Pl-Kaneohe Bay Dr. Traffic on Kalenakai Pl. shall stop before entering Kaneohe Bay Dr.”

“Laulima St-Moanalua Rd. Traffic on Laulima St. shall stop before entering Moanalua Rd.”

d. By amending Schedule XX of Sec. 15-13.9(a)(7) establishing tow zones–24 hours by adding thereto the following item:

“N. Kuakini St., mauka side, distance 215’ Ewa direction from a point 221’ Ewa of the Ewa curb prolongation of Liliha St.”

e. By amending Schedule XXI of Sec. 15-13.9(a)(8) establishing tow zones–specified times by adding thereto the following item:

“Kipapa Dr., both sides, between Hookelewaa St. and Wehewehe Lp. (northern intersection), 7:00 to 8:00 a.m. and 12:30 to 2:30 p.m., school days only.”

f. By amending Schedule XXII of Sec. 15-14.5(a) establishing prohibited parking certain areas in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Kaahumanu St., Ewa side, distance approximately 71’ mauka direction from a point 1960’ mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Hoolauae St. (mauka intersection).”

“Kohou St., Ewa side, distance 136’ mauka direction from the mauka curb prolongation of Dillingham Blvd.”

“Kohou St., Koko Head side, distance 109’ makai direction from the makai curb prolongation of Dillingham Blvd.”

“N. Kuakini St., mauka side, distance 221’ Ewa direction from the Ewa curb prolongation of Liliha St., 6:30 to 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. except Saturdays, Sundays and State holidays.”

“Moanalua Rd., makai side, from a point 430’ Koko Head of the Koko Head curb prolongation of Nalopaka St. to Uahi St., except for portion covered under Schedule XXIV.”

“Pepper Row, both sides, for its entire length and including its turnaround area.”

“West Hind Dr., Ewa side, distance approximately 70’ makai direction from a point approximately 130’ makai of the makai curb prolongation of Nenue St.”

2. By amending thereto the following items:

Kaao Pl., west side, from Kepakepa St. to its terminus; to read:

“Kaao Pl., western side, for its entire length and including its turnaround area.”

Kipapa Dr., western side, distance 620’ southerly direction from a point 110’ south of the southern curb prolongation of Wehewehe Lp. (northern intersection), 7:00 to 8:00 a.m., 12:30 to 2:30 p.m., school days only; to read:

“Kipapa Dr., western side, distance 320’ southerly direction from the southern curb prolongation of Hookelewaa St., 7:00 to 8:00 a.m. and 12:30 to 2:30 p.m., school days only.”

3. By deleting therefrom the following items:

“Kuakini St., mauka side, distance 215’ Ewa direction from a point 225’ Ewa of the Ewa curb prolongation of Liliha St.”

“Waiwai Lp., makai side, distance 140’ Koko Head direction from point 100’ Ewa of Koko Head property line of 2771 Waiwai Lp.”

g. By amending Schedule XXIII of Sec. 15-14.5(b) establishing prohibited loading and unloading by adding thereto the following items:

“Kipapa Dr., both sides, between Hookelewaa St. and Wehewehe Lp. (northern intersection), 7:00 to 8:00 a.m. and 12:30 to 2:30 p.m., school days only.”

“West Hind Dr., Ewa side, distance 110’ mauka direction from the mauka curb prolongation of Kalanianaole Hwy.”

h. By amending Schedule XXIV of Sec. 15-15.1(d) establishing curb loading zones in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto subsection (a) passenger loading zone:

“Moanalua Rd., makai side, distance 60’ Koko Head direction from a point 200’ Koko Head of the Koko Head curb prolongation of Heleconia Pl.”

2. By amending thereto subsection (b) freight loading zone:

Nuuanu Ave., Koko Head side, for distance 80’ mauka direction from a point 105’ mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Hotel St.; to read:

“Nuuanu Ave., Koko Head side, distance 49’ mauka direction from a point 143’ mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of S. Hotel St.”

i. By amending Schedule XXVIII of Sec. 15-17.2(d) establishing restricted pedestrians crossing roadways by adding thereto the following items:

“Dillingham Blvd., the unmarked crosswalk across Dillingham Blvd. on the Koko Head side of the intersection of Dillingham Blvd. and Kohou St.”

“Moanalua Rd., the unmarked crosswalk across Moanalua Rd. on the Koko Head side of the intersection of Moanalua Rd. and Aiea Hgts. Dr.”

“Moanalua Rd., the unmarked crosswalk across Moanalua Rd., on the Koko Head side of the intersection of Moanalua Rd. and Puakala St./Uahi St.”

j. By amending Schedule XXXVIII of Sec. 15-24.17 establishing miscellaneous traffic controls by adding thereto the following item:

“Kipapa Dr., right turn only from from Mililani Waena Elementary School’s (95-502 Kipapa Dr.) southern driveway into Kipapa Dr., 7:00 to 8:00 a.m. and 12:30 to 2:30 p.m., school days only.”

Section 2. This schedule is hereby attached to and made a part of Article VI hereof and shall take effect ten (10) working days after its publication.
