Existing Use: Parcel 43: Mostly vacant with duck pen and fruit and vegetable plants. Parcel 44: Generally vacant with a supply shed, turf grass on the northern quarter of the parcel, and palm trees lining the northern and part of the eastern property line
Existing Zoning: AG-1 Restricted Agricultural District
Land Area: Approximately 4.56 acres
Request: A change in zoning from AG-1 Restricted Agricultural District to the AG-2 General Agricultural District
The proposed zone change requests are available for viewing at the Department of Planning and Permitting or online at www.honoluludpp.org/Planning/ZoneChanges.aspx. Public testimony is to be taken at the hearing. Fifteen (15) copies of written testimony should be filed with the Planning Commission at least forty-eight (48) hours before the date of the public hearing. Attendance at the public hearing is not necessary to submit written testimony. One copy may be faxed (768-6743) or mailed (Planning Commission, 650 South King Street, 7th Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813). All interested persons are invited to attend. Those persons desiring to testify may register prior to the public hearing at the public hearing site.
