NOTICE

The following Ordinance passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on December 10, 2014 and was returned December 22, 2014 without signature by the Mayor; therefore, pursuant to the City Charter became a duly enacted ordinance:

Ordinance 14-37 [Bill 61 (2014)] – Relating to Maintenance of Private Streets and Roads.
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson*, Chang, Fukunaga, Kobayashi*, Manahan, Martin, Menor*, Pine* – 8.
NOES: Councilmember Elefante – 1.
Effective: December 22, 2014.
