COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG),
HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS (HOME),
EMERGENCY SOLUTIONS GRANTS (ESG), AND
HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES FOR PERSONS WITH AIDS (HOPWA) PROGRAMS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that copies of the City and County of Honolulu’s (City) Draft Consolidated Plan for fiscal years 2016-2020 are available for review at the Municipal Reference Center (MRC) at 558 South King Street, Honolulu by calling 768-3765 or emailing csdaccess@honolulu.gov. The Draft Consolidated Plan can also be viewed on the City’s website at:

The U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires state and local governments to submit a five-year Consolidated Plan and an annual Action Plan to receive funds from the CDBG, HOME, ESG, and HOPWA Programs. The City’s Draft Consolidated Plan was developed as a collaborative process. It establishes goals, priorities, strategies and programs to address the needs of the community and identifies how HUD funds included in the Consolidated Plan will be spent for fiscal years 2016-2020.

Interested parties are invited to review the City’s Draft Consolidated Plan for fiscal years 2016-2020 and submit comments by January 22, 2015 via email to bfscdbgmail@honolulu.gov or mail to:

Once approved by the City Council, the Final Consolidated Plan for fiscal years 2016-2020 will be made available to the public then submitted to HUD for approval.
