Section 1. Chapter 15 of the ROH 1990, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:

a. By amending Schedule I of Sec. 15-6.2(a) establishing traffic signals by adding thereto the following item:

“Honomanu St-Moanalua Rd.”

b. By amending Schedule II of Sec. 15-6.2(b) establishing traffic signals (State) by adding thereto the following item:

“Fort Weaver Rd-Kimopelekane Rd.”

c. By amending Schedule V of Sec. 15-7.2(b)(3) establishing speed limit–25 mph by adding thereto the following items:

“Kulawea Pl., for its entire length.”

“Noholoa Lp., for its entire length.”

“Ololu St., for its entire length.”

d. By amending Schedule XIV of Sec. 15-11.3 establishing stop intersections by adding thereto the following items:

“Aama Pl-North Rd. Traffic on Aama Pl. shall stop before entering North Rd.”

“Kaahumanu St., Ewa side, distance 130’ makai direction from a point approximately 423’ makai of the makai curb prolongation of Kuleana St.”

“Moanalua Rd., makai side, distance 150’ Koko Head direction from the Koko Head curb prolongation of Kaamilo St., 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., except Saturdays, Sundays and State holidays.”

“Moanalua Rd., makai side, distance 430’ Koko Head direction from the Koko Head curb prolongation of Nalopaka Pl., 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., except Saturdays, Sundays and State holidays.”

“Moanalua Rd., mauka side, from a point 100’ Koko Head of the Koko Head curb prolongation of Puakala St. to the driveway of Pealridge Elementary School at 98-940 Moanalua Rd.”

“Pipeline St., both sides, for its entire length.”

“Pohakulepo St., both sides, for its entire length and including its turnaround area.”

2. By amending thereto the following items:

Kaahumanu St., Koko Head side, distance 578’ makai direction from the makai curb prolongation of Moanalua Rd.; to read:

“Kaahumanu St., Koko Head side, from a point 312’ mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Kamehameha Hwy. to the makai curb prolongation of Moanalua Rd.”

Moanalua Rd., makai side, between Pali Momi and Honomanu Sts.; to read:

“Moanalua Rd., makai side, between Pali Momi and Kaamilo Sts.”

3. By deleting therefrom the following items:

“Moanalua Rd., both sides, between Kaamilo St. and Nalopaka Pl., 7:00 to 8:00 a.m. and 1:45 to 2:30 p.m. school days”

“Moanalua Rd., mauka side, from Koauka St. to the Koko Head curb prolongation of Kaonohi St.”

“Moanalua Rd., mauka side, distance 40’ Ewa direction from point 160’ Ewa of the Ewa curb prolongation of Aiea Hts. Dr.”

“Moanalua Rd., mauka side, from Argonaut St. and Kaimakani St.”

“Moanalua Rd., mauka side, distance 360’ Ewa direction from Ewa of Ewa curb prolongation of Kaonohi St.”

“Moanalua Rd., mauka side, distance 82’ Honolulu direction from the driveway of Pearl Ridge Elementary School at 98-940 Moanalua Rd.”

“Moanalua Rd., makai side, from Kalauao Spring Ditch Bridge to Kalauau Stream Bridge.”

f. By amending Schedule XXVI of Sec. 15-16.1 establishing time limit in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Kaahumanu St. (1 hr.), Ewa side, distance 123’ makai direction from a point approximately 300’ makai of the makai curb prolongation of Kuleana St.”

“Kaahumanu St. (1 hr.), Ewa side, distance 130’ makai direction from a point approximately 513’ makai of the makai curb prolongation of Kuleana St.”

2. By amending thereto the following item:

Manawai St. (2 hrs.), both sides, between Kamokila Blvd. and Kamaaha Ave.; to read:

“Manawai St. (2 hrs.), both sides, between Kamokila Blvd. and Kamaaha Ave., except for portions covered under Schedule 22.”

3. By deleting therefrom the following item:

“Kaahumanu St. (1 hr.), Ewa side, distance approximately 376’ makai direction from a point 294’ makai of the makai curb prolongation of Kuleana St.”

g. By amending Schedule XXVII of Sec. 15-17.1 establishing crosswalks (midblock) by adding thereto the following item:

“North Rd., 10’ wide, centerline approximately 1155’ east of the eastern curb prolongation of Fort Weaver Rd.”

h. By amending Schedule XXVIII of Sec. 15-17.2(d) establishing restricted pedestrians crossing roadways by adding thereto the following item:

“Kapiolani Blvd., the unmarked crosswalk across Kapiolani Blvd on the Koko Head side of the intersection of Kapiolani Blvd. and Isenberg St.”

i. By amending Schedule XXXII of Sec. 15-6.7(c) establishing two-way left turn lanes by adding thereto the following item:

“Moanalua Rd., between Kalauao Stream and Kaahumanu St.; to read:

“Moanalua Rd., between Puakala and Kaahumanu Sts.”

Section 2. This schedule is hereby attached to and made a part of Article VI hereof and shall take effect ten (10) working days after its publication.
