YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the Board of Chiropractic Examiners will conduct a hearing in accordance with Hawaii Revised Statutes (hereafter “HRS”) Chapters 91, 436B and 442 to determine whether or not OBTEEN NASSIRI, D.C.’s chiropractor license should be revoked, suspended, or otherwise disciplined, and, whether monetary fines and any other relief authorized by law, should be imposed against him and/or his chiropractor license. The Petition For Disciplinary Action Against License to Practice Chiropractic, filed with the Office of Administrative Hearings on or about May 8, 2014, alleges violations of the provisions of HRS Chapters 436B and 442, and, of Hawaii Administrative Rules Chapter 16-89.
The HEARING will be conducted on December 2, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. in a hearings room at the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, 335 Merchant Street, Suite 100, Honolulu, Hawaii.
