Notice to Third Party Administrators
To Provide Claims Handling Services for Oahu Transit Services, Inc.
Automobile and General Liability Program
Oahu Transit Services, Inc. is requesting proposals from experienced Third Party
Administrators with established expertise in Property and Casualty claims adjusting and Automobile/General Liability Claims Administration.
The Request for Proposal provides a summary of the services being requested and outlines the requirements for the Third Party Administrator and proposal submittal.
A copy of the RFP may be obtained at OTS’ Finance & Administration Department, 811 Middle Street, Honolulu, HI 96819. (Alternative – To request a copy of the RFP, the contact person for a Third Party Administrator may send an email request to firstname.lastname@example.org; the email must identify the name of the TPA).
Four (4) copies of the complete proposal must be received by 3:00 P.M., November 14, 2014 at the following address:

Proposals received after the stated time will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. Once proposals have been reviewed by OTS, a determination will be made as to which selected Third Party Administrators will be asked to participate in oral interviews (interviews tentatively set to occur during the week of December 2).
