ASSETS SCHOOL REDEVELOPMENT

Applicant/Landowner: Assets School
As a housekeeping measure, the Department of Planning and Permitting has added an adjacent, city- owned property
Location: Airport Area, One Ohana Nui Way, Honolulu

City Property: 1-1-2: 12
Existing Use: Assets School: private school for grades K-12
City Property: Fire Department Training Center and Mokulele Fire Station
Existing Zoning: F-1 Military and Federal Preservation District
Land Area: Assets School: Approximately 3.46 acres
City Property: Approximately 5.16 acres
Total: Approximately 8.62 acres
Request: Change zoning from the F-1 District to R-5 Residential District

The proposed zone change request is available for viewing at the Department of Planning and Permitting or online at www.honoluludpp.org/Planning/ZoneChanges.aspx. Public testimony is to be taken at the hearing. Fifteen (15) copies of written testimony should be filed with the Planning Commission at least forty-eight (48) hours before the date of the public hearing. Attendance at the public hearing is not necessary to submit written testimony. One copy may be faxed (768-6743) or mailed (Planning Commission, 650 South King Street, 7th Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813). All interested persons are invited to attend. Those persons desiring to testify may register prior to the public hearing at the public hearing site.
