The Agency has received the following certificate of need applications for standard review: #14-10 from Hawaii Healthcare Partners, LLC for the establishment of Hospice services at 500 Ala Moana Boulevard, Building 7, Suite 400, Honolulu, HI, at a capital cost of $111,400; #14-11 from Oahu Home Healthcare, LLC for the establishment of Home Health Agency services at 500 Ala Moana Boulevard, Building 7, Suite 400, Honolulu, HI, at a capital cost of $111,400. Application reviews for the Certificate of Need Review Panel and the Statewide Health Coordinating Council are scheduled as follows:
