PUBLIC NOTICE
INTENTION TO DIRECT LEASE

Pursuant to Sections 171-36(b) and 171-43.1, Hawaii Revised Statutes, the Board of Land and Natural Resources hereby gives notice of its intent to directly lease 0.460 acres, of State land to the West Maui Veterans Club, Inc. situated at Wahikuli, Lahaina, Maui, Hawaii, and identified as TMK: (2) 4-5-014:051. This lease will be for a period of thirty (30) years at the initial annual rent of $480.00, and shall enable the Lessee to utilize said parcel for clubhouse and allied purposes.

Information related to this proposed direct lease may be reviewed during office hours at the Department of Land and Natural Resources, Land Division, 54 S. High Street, Room 101, Wailuku, Maui; and, at the offices of the Land Division on the Islands of Hawaii, Kauai, and Oahu.
