PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 2-32.3(b)(5), Revised Ordinances of Honolulu to notify members of the public that video surveillance cameras are being installed in the following locations:

Location: Concessions Building (adjacent to HPD Waikiki Substation)
Kuhio Beach Park
2425 Kalakaua Avenue
Honolulu, HI 96815

Capacity: 2 stationary video cameras that can record, but cannot pan.

Camera locations: 1. Southwest side of concession building facing breezeway outside of comfort station (women’s restroom)
2. Southwest side of concession building facing breezeway outside of comfort station (men’s restroom)

Members of the public may submit written comments related to monitoring no later than ten (10) days following publication of this notice to:
