PUBLIC NOTICE
INTENTION TO DISPOSE

Pursuant to Sections 171-53(b) and 171-16(d), Hawaii Revised Statutes, the Board of Land and Natural Resources hereby gives notice of its intent to lease directly to the abutting owner, without recourse to public auction, reclaimed (filled), and submerged lands of Honokowai, Lahaina, Maui, Hawaii. This lease will be in the form of a 55-year, non-exclusive easement document. The Grantee has the right, privilege, and authority to use, maintain, repair, replace, and remove the existing seawall, and revetment situated seaward of Honokowai, Lahaina, Maui, Hawaii.
