This Addendum is hereby made part of the Public Notice published on July 3, 2014, “CALL FOR PROJECT CONCEPTS TO SUPPORT THE HUMAN SERVICES TRANSPORTATION COORDINATION PLAN, CITY & COUNTY OF HONOLULU, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION SERVICES.”

This Addendum extends the deadline for all entities to submit written concept summaries to the DTS, as evidenced by a date and time stamp from the DTS, by one week, to 4:00 p.m., August 4, 2014. Submittals may be mailed to the address below, but must be received by the DTS by the aforementioned deadline:
