The Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR), State of Hawai`i, pursuant to Chapter 183C, Hawai’i Revised Statutes, will hold a public hearing in Hawai`i County to receive testimony on the following:
Conservation District Use Application (CDUA) HA-3720 for the proposed increase in production capacity at the Blue Ocean mariculture facility off of Unualoha Point, Kalaoa, North Kona, Hawai`i, offshore of TMK (3) 7-4- 043:000 (submerged lands)
