NOTIFICATION OF RIGHT TO PRESENT CLAIM AGAINST
THE HIGH TECHONOLOGY INNOVATION CORPORATION

The High Technology Innovation Corporation has dissolved. In order to preserve any claim against the corporation, you must:

Present the claim in writing to the dissolved corporation on or before July 31, 2014.

Describe the claim in sufficient detail to reasonably inform the dissolved corporation of your identity and of the amount and nature of your claim. You must make this description as part of the written presentation of your claim.

Mail the claim to the dissolved corporation at the following address:
