The Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR), State of Hawai`i, pursuant to Chapter 183C, Hawai’i Revised Statutes, will hold a public hearing in Honolulu County to receive testimony on the following:
Conservation District Use Application (CDUA) OA-3719 for the proposed Mamala Bay Seafoods (MBS) mariculture facility in the Reef Runway Borrow Pit at Ke’ehi Lagoon, Honolulu, O’ahu, offshore of TMK (1) 1-1-003:005 (submerged lands)
