NOTICE
The Council of the City and County of Honolulu at its meeting held on April 16, 2014, laid over and ordered published the following Resolution. Pursuant to Section 3-202.9 of the Revised Charter of the City and County of Honolulu 1973, as amended, the Honolulu City Council hereby gives notice that the following Resolution authorizing proceedings in eminent domain has been introduced and is under its consideration:
RESOLUTION 14-24, FD1 (FOR CONDEMNATION) PROVIDING FOR THE ACQUISITION OF EASEMENTS FOR PUBLIC USE, TO WIT: KANEOHE/KAILUA SEWER TUNNEL, SITUATE AT KANEOHE/KAILUA, KOOLAUPOKO, OAHU, HAWAII, AND DETERMINING AND DECLARING THE NECESSITY OF THE ACQUISITION THEREOF BY EMINENT DOMAIN.
That for public use and purpose, to wit: Kaneohe/Kailua Sewer Tunnel, Parcels 1-X, 2-X, C-1, C-2, and C-3 (TMK: 4-5-030-001), Parcel C-4 (TMKs: 4-5-030-001 and 4 5-030-020), Parcel 4 (TMK: 4-5-100-052), Parcel 5 (TMK: 4-5-101-033), Parcel 6 (TMK: 4-5-100-003), Parcel 7 (TMK: 4-5-100-002), Parcel 8 (TMK: 4-5-100-001), Parcel 9 (TMK: 4-5-101-037), Parcel 10 (TMK: 4-5-032-001:0002), Parcel 11 (TMK: 4 5 031-076), Parcel 13 (TMK: 4-2-017-001), Parcel 17 (4-2-017-018), Parcels 19 and 20 (TMK: 4-4-012-064), Parcel 21 (TMK: 4-4-012-001), Parcel 22 (TMK: 4-4-011-003), and Parcel 23-X (TMK: 4-4-011-082), situate at Kaneohe/Kailua, Koolaupoko, Oahu, Hawaii, proceedings in eminent domain as provided by law be instituted for the acquisition of sewer easements over, under, through, and across Parcels 1-X, 2-X, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 17, 19, 20, 21, 22, and Parcel 23-X, and construction easements over, under, through, and across Parcels C-1, C-2, C-3, and C 4.
