PUBLIC NOTICE
INTENTION TO DIRECT LEASE
Pursuant to Sections 171-16(c), Hawaii Revised Statutes, the Board of Land and Natural Resources hereby gives notice of its intent to lease a total of approximately 1,395.37 acres of State land situate at Hamakua, Hawaii to Mauna Kea Moo, LLC. for dairying and allied purposes for a period of thirty five (35) years at an annual rent of $20,500.00 for the first ten years. This lease shall enable the Lessee to utilize said parcels for its dairy operation, and is identified as:

Niupea- Kaala 3rd/4-1-004:033 333.68 acres, more or less
Manowaikohau-Kekualele 3rd/4-2-007:002 1061.69 acres, more or less
Information related to this proposed direct lease may be reviewed during office hours at the Department of Land and Natural Resources, Land Division at 75 Aupuni Street, Rm. #204, Hilo, Hawaii; and, at the Offices of the Land Division on the Islands of Kauai, Maui, and Oahu.
