1. Bill 67 (2013), CD1 – Relating to publication dispensing racks and publication dispensing rack enclosures in Waikiki. (Updating the Ordinance provisions relating to publication dispensing racks and publication dispensing rack enclosures within the Waikiki Special District.)
2. Resolution 14-47 and Proposed CD1 – Approving the Waipahu Neighborhood Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Plan.
The item listed below has been published in anticipation of the action to be taken by the City Council’s Committee on Zoning and Planning at a special meeting on March 6, 2014; and therefore, the City Council may or may not take action on the item or any amendments proposed thereto.
3. Resolution 14-38 and any amendments proposed thereto by the Committee on Zoning and Planning – Approving a 350-foot-high building at 2139 Kuhio Avenue in Waikiki, Oahu. (Applicant: PACREP 2 LLC).
SPEAKER REGISTRATION

On-site on the Day of the Meeting
Registration on-site for the above-mentioned public hearing items will be from 7:45 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Persons who have not registered to testify by 2 p.m. will be given an opportunity to present oral testimony on an item following the registered speakers by raising their hand at the time additional speakers are called upon.
Each speaker shall not have anyone else read their statement and is limited to a three-minute presentation.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY – Prior to the Day of the Meeting
Written testimony may be faxed to 768-3826 or transmitted via the internet at http://www1.honolulu.gov/council/emailph.htm for distribution at the meeting. 15 copies are requested if written testimony is submitted on-site.
If submitted, written testimonies, including the testifier’s address, e-mail address and phone number, may be posted by the City Clerk and available to the public on the City’s DocuShare Website. By submitting written testimony, you are not automatically registered to speak. Refer to “SPEAKER REGISTRATION” procedures above.
